Okay, so I meant to post things as I did them for class or whatever. I kind of suck at that... In my defense, though, artwork has taken a backseat to the rest of my life lately. A month ago, my boyfriend surprised me by taking me along to his family photo shoot. They and the photographer decided it would be all kinds of awesome to get a picture or two of just the two of us, since we've been dating nearly two years now, and I'm "practically part of the family". Well, she snapped a shot or two and then he pulled away from me. Got down on one knee, and pulled out a ring. So I no longer have a boyfriend.

Back in School!

I've gone back to school, as of June 2013. I'm currently in my fifth class at the Art Institute online, and it's Perspective. Some of the best of my work (and nearly all of the Fundamentals of Design assignments that required a bit of creativity) have been posted - better late than never, right? I'll try to get my assignments (the decent ones at least) up in a timely manner. What else is new? Oh, that friend that got me into Sherlock is now my boyfriend - we celebrated 9 months earlier in the week!

Sherlock Crossover Ideas

Okay, so one of my friends just got me into "Sherlock" - the one starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. While reading fanfics, a few crossover ideas came to me. Anyone have any thoughts on how these would work?
Alice in Wonderland (I'm thinking specifically the "new" Tim Burton live action version) - Sherlock is somehow related to Alice. Or possibly the Mad Hatter. IDK.
Star Wars - Lestrade, Donovan, and Anderson as Jedi, Mycroft being the real brains behind the senate (Palpatine was a puppet that somehow slipped through the cracks), Moriarty as a Sith, Watson as a Jedi healer (I forget the correct term), and Sherlock as the gala

There's no autumn-y stuff in it, though I really would have liked to add some... I apologize for not having more centaurs, but I couldn't find *any* good photos - I went as far as to watch the entire Narnia movies for even screens, but Susan/Lucy's heads are always in the way, or they're behind a rock or something. *glares at Walden Media and Disney*
